 Welcome to Immigration Bridging Academy. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. 

 We offer a comprehensive immigration coaching package, including access to visa programs, job banks, employer connections, university admissions assistance, language proficiency support, credential recognition, and more. Our services are designed to guide and support you through your immigration journey. 

 While we strive to provide the best possible guidance and support, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as visa approvals, job placements, or university admissions. The success of your immigration journey depends on various factors beyond our control, including but not limited to government policies, individual qualifications, and market conditions. 

 All coaching fees are non-refundable. By enrolling in our program, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds will be issued for any reason, including dissatisfaction with our services or unsuccessful immigration outcomes. The coaching fee covers the cost of our expertise, guidance, and support for the duration of the agreed service period. 

•  Initial Payment: 50% of the total coaching fee is due upon enrollment.
• Balance Payment: The remaining 50% is due within 90 days of enrollment. If you are satisfied with our services, you will be required to pay the balance within this period.
• Failure to pay the balance within 90 days will result in suspension of services until payment is received.

 You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the successful completion of your visa application, job placement, or university admission. You are responsible for adhering to deadlines and responding to requests for additional information in a timely manner. 

Immigration Bridging Academy and its parent company, Legacy Company Limited,  will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, delays, errors, or failures in visa applications, job placements, or university admissions. 

 We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. 

 We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. By continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by the revised terms and conditions. 

 By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
